We welcome you in our lobby with a glass of our anniversary sparkling wine and delicate finger food.
Photographs, stories and memories will take you on a journey through 130 years of Hotel VICTORIA.
Brunch as it used to be. Yet entirely of today.
From 11:00 am
Beautifully set tables, fine cuisine and live music: exclusively for our guests, pianist Christian Jung will bring back a touch of the glamour of days gone by.
At the buffet, you will find a selection of breakfast specialities and refined starters. Perhaps you will discover truffled egg salad, delicately cured fish or beetroot with fresh goat’s cheese and pistachio. We will also serve a special egg dish, such as creamy scrambled eggs with delicate prawns.
As a small celebratory course, enjoy a parsley root and apple velouté with fine brioche.
The Grillroom Returns
At the beginning of the 20th century, Hotel VICTORIA had its own Grillroom, serving refined hotel cuisine to an international clientele.
For our anniversary, we are reviving this tradition and reinterpreting it for today.
SUNDAY ROAST
Where tradition meets the spirit of today.
Inspired by the rediscovered culture of the Sunday Roast, we serve a special roast as well as fine fish dishes, accompanied by exceptional seasonal sides, directly at your table.
You might find pink-roasted roast beef paired with prawns, black garlic with a rich jus, or roasted vegetables complemented by unexpected flavours.
GARDEN ROAST
Vegetables take centre stage.
Our Garden Roast is far more than a vegetarian alternative. Seasonal vegetables, distinctive flavours and modern techniques come together in a roast in its own right, composed with the same care and attention as its classic counterpart.
Sunday Roast & Garden Roast: two modern interpretations of a time-honoured tradition.
And a very special piece of VICTORIA history will quite literally return to the table: our dishes will be served on original silver platters from the hotel’s historic collection.
