As the grand finale of the year, our managing director, Sabine Powels, received an honorary award by the Bavarian State Ministry for her commitment to education and training. 

Shortage of learned workers and promotion of young people has been a sore subject for several years in the hotel industry. This work sector will probably continue to face the challenges in finding motivated junior staff and to inspire them in the future as well. 

In order to actively counteract this, the Hotel VICTORIA takes part on a lot of projects to support young people in not only Germany, but all over the world, and help them find their way to a secure and future-oriented workplace.

We have worked together with the MoBiPro-project for several years now, and that has given us the opportunity to help a lot of younger people from a harder economic situation in Spain by assisting them in integrating into the german job market. 

In order to keep making a statement in the refugee policy, the Hotel VICTORIA also supports projects that offer young refugees the opportunity for training and rapid integration within their new homeland. We enjoy the colourfulness of different cultures and feel excited to hear all the stories behind diverse people! And to be honest: we and OUR GUESTS would not want to miss our trainees Sharom and Rami!
