I can combine my work and my family life very well here. As a mother, it is especially important to me to balance my job and my family. At Hotel VICTORIA, this is possible thanks to our managers. In addition, my colleagues are very understanding and explain everything in simple words, so I can follow along well and feel comfortable.

My word is TEAM!

We have great colleagues and no matter how much work there is to do, we always help each other. Not only in housekeeping, but also with other departments like reception and the kitchen. We support one another and work together as a team.
