Why do you work at the Hotel VICTORIA?
I started here at the hotel in 2011 and immediately felt completely at home. There are so many characters in the team. The contact with guests from all over just makes me feel good. I love being a host and in this hotel and in my department I can live that to the full. I'm happy to be part of this team, where you feel so secure.
What term for the Wall of Positive Energy do you choose for your everyday work?
My term is SATISFACTION!
The work here makes me satisfied, because I can do something good for others. And when I am satisfied, I reflect that, infect the guests and spread some joy. That is what makes my everyday life.
