Dual Student

Paula Schimanski

Why do you work at Hotel VICTORIA?

During my school years, I discovered my interest and strengths in languages, different cultures, and organization. These areas are perfectly reflected in the degree program Hotel and Tourism Management, which is why I decided to pursue a dual study program. For that reason, I was looking for a practical partner for my studies. It was important to me to work in a privately managed hotel with a harmonious team. Hotel VICTORIA reflects this 100%.

All of my insights during the trial work period proved this team spirit. Now, since October 2025, I have been working as a dual student.

Which term from the Wall of Positive Energy best describes your everyday work?

My term is TEAMWORK.

The team spirit at Hotel VICTORIA is something truly special. You always know that you can accomplish everything together, and whenever I have a question, there is always someone who is happy to help me.
