Why do you work at the Hotel VICTORIA?
I came to the hotel through a friend from school who had already worked here. She raved about the hotel and let me know when a position became available. I've been working here since 2013 and I really like it. Just the team alone, you can really feel at home. And my colleagues at the front desk are actually much more than that. Everyone knows the idiosyncrasies of the others, it's like a little family.
What term for the Wall of Positive Energy do you choose for your everyday work?
My term is INDIVIDUALITY!
I have previously only worked in chain hotels , where there are a lot of standards that you have to adhere to very strictly. But here I can be how I want to be. I can dress how I feel most comfortable, of course in our Hotel VICTORIA specifications and colors. I can still be myself at work. I'm glad that we can be individuals here, because we don't all have to look the same to do our jobs well.
