Why do you work at the Hotel VICTORIA?
I am not from Germany and when I came here, I did an internship at the Hotel VICTORIA. Afterwards, in 2018, our management offered me a traineeship, which I gratefully accepted because of the multicultural interaction. Different traditions, nationalities and languages can be found in the team here. It's something special to be able to be part of it. And the company culture like the one we have, is very rare.
What term for the Wall of Positive Energy do you choose for your everyday work?
My term is FAMILY!
This is like my second family. I didn't have one in Germany and found mine through the hotel VICTORIA. The staff and my boss are just so warm-hearted and open that I feel completely integrated here.
