Every company has a story to tell

With this mission statement, we tell the story of Hotel VICTORIA in the heart of Nuremberg. It is the story of those people who work here and ensure the well-being of our guests around the clock.

With great passion and attention to detail, we maintain a balance between tradition and modernity. 

We have successfully grown during one of the greatest crises of our time, and we use this confidence to look optimistically towards the future. As a team, we come together, support one another, and preserve our unique culture rooted in the 125-year history of the hotel, even during challenging times.

Our work processes are clearly structured and professionalized. At the same time, as a team, we engage in questioning existing practices even throughout stressful periods, enabling us to respond agilely to the challenges of our time.

By thoroughly integrating new colleagues into the hotel with our customary openness, we lay the foundation for the future.

Genuine warmth, high professionalism, and exceptional service quality distinguish our guest care. We intuitively identify our guests' needs and derive strength and energy from positive feedback.

Our mission statement:

During the development of our mission statement, which was collaboratively drafted for the first time in 2015, we considered "strengths" and "development areas" across the following strategic levels:  fehlen diese hier auf der deutschen Seite oder ist der „:“ falsch?

 

During the revision in 2022, we faced the following questions:

  •  Have we maintained our strengths?
  • Which development areas were actively addressed?
  • Have weaknesses been transformed into strengths?
  • Where do we stand today?
  • What challenges lie ahead?
  • How can we continue to remain successful?

From this brainstorm our mission statement was ultimately derived.

Potential perspective: 

the roots

The roots represent the values of the company, its culture, and the people who work here. They also contain the history of the company. The roots form the foundation for growth and success.

Process perspective: 

the trunk

The trunk represents the way of collaboration within the company. This includes processes and communication among employees, as well as with suppliers and business partners. Leadership is also part of the trunk of the company, focusing on continuously optimizing workflows and questioning the status quo.

Customer perspective: 

Leaves and branches

The foliage represents the products, guest service, and the hotel's presentation. What makes us unique on the market? What is our special promise to our guests, and how do we ensure that we deliver on it? Warm, familiar, and dedicated hospitality are crucial to us!

Our tree bears fruits when all levels interact seamlessly. This success can be described in terms of financial as well as idealistic goals. We focus on qualitative growth – both in our property and in our employees! This enables us to continue blending tradition and modernity harmoniously.
