Our KickOff event 2019 took place in Hotel VICTORIA last week. In this context the whole team and our partners of BlackBox/Open came together to launch the new year 2019. The slogan for this year will be “Healthiness at my workplace in time of digitization”. Already over the last year, our VICTORIA Lab-Team developed innovative new ideas to create a concept for health prevention and a good work-life-balance at our workplace. Well, we were happy that BlackBox/Open could present the final plan how our ideas will become reality. Our team will get the opportunity to take part in different workshops around health prevention, work-life-balance, nutrition and communication. And of course, the courses should be fun. We will report about them soon!

In this connection we took the advantage of this situation to renew our guiding principle and to look back to the fantastic year 2018. We are very proud of our staff, we really performed very great. We are sure, with our motivation and passion this upcoming year will also be awesome. We are looking forward giving our best for our guests every day.
