Passion, teamwork and engagement - these skills helped us to reach our goals in 2018.
As a sign of special appreciation for our last year’s performance, the management presented to the whole staff an extra day off.

What could be better? The team was also invited to spend this special day together. The social togetherness and the respectful interaction among the staff should be boosted. This extra day vacation should also give new mental energy for 2019 - this year should also turn into a very fantastic one!

The team could decide between different events. So, there was an offer for everyone.

One group decided to spend an amazing wellness trip to the “Fackelmann-Therme” in Hersbruck.
The team was also invited to enjoy a chosen treatment. Hot-stone-massage, face or hand treatments or an oil-massage - everyone was very happy and relaxed.
Finally, the staff were spoiled with the delicious sushi compositions in the restaurant “Kokoro”. It was a really great day!

Others had an interesting trip to the animal sanctuary in the Fränkischen Schweiz. There they get known Monika Pracht and her team. They really have a very big heart for the saving animals. Everyday they give their best to care about them. Respect! We were glad to have experienced all these animals in action and nearby and to get something known about their destinies. The animal sanctuary is financed by donations. The Hotel VICTORIA supports this association by a sponsorship for the cow, also called “VICTORIA”.  In the evening the staff were invited to enjoy a spanish dinner.

Nuremberg’s culture will be experienced by another small group of our staff. In October they will have a relaxing dinner together, followed by a visit of the Opera in Nuremberg. We are excited, what they will tell us about their special team event.

The team events were special and amazing adventures for the whole team. Everyone had fun and we spend great moments together. During these event days, the management stayed in the hotel and took care for our guests, to make them happy and to guarantee a trouble-free process in the hotel daily routine.
